Last updated: September 30, 2026
Developer / Data Controller: Ludo PlayFast (“we”, “us”, or “our”)
Contact: Support via the contact email listed on our Google Play Store listing for Ludo PlayFast.
This Privacy Policy explains how Ludo PlayFast accesses, collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our Android mobile application (the “App”).
We designed this policy to meet Google Play requirements for apps that use authentication, cloud storage, Cloud Functions, and advertising.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the Ludo PlayFast Android app and related backend services we operate for the App, including Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions) and advertising services described below.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the App, we may collect the following categories of data:
2.1 Account and authentication data
Play as guest (no sign-in). Guest play stays on your device. We do not create a Firebase Authentication account for guests. A local guest identifier and local progress (for example gold on this device) may be stored in app preferences until you uninstall the App or clear app data. Guests cannot create or join online matches or private rooms.
If you sign in with Google or email/password through Firebase Authentication, we may process:
- Firebase user ID
- Display name or username you choose
- Email address (from Google Sign-In or the address you register)
- Authentication tokens needed to keep you signed in
- Email verification status for email/password accounts
2.2 Gameplay and profile data
To run matches and save signed-in progress, we may store:
- Username / display name and avatar identifiers (including a name or seed used to generate a cartoon avatar)
- Game progress (gold/coins, Diamond/gems, wins, games played, captures, streaks)
- Inventory / cosmetic unlocks
- Private room / table codes and lobby membership (signed-in Friends mode)
- Online matchmaking queue entries and match state needed to sync multiplayer games
- In-match actions submitted to our Cloud Functions so online and Friends matches stay fair
2.3 Device and app technical data
To run the App and our Google/Firebase backends, we may process:
- Device and network information needed for connectivity (for example OS version and app version)
- Diagnostic messages we or Google services log when a request fails
- Local preferences (music, daily-reward claim date on this device)
We do not currently include Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics in the App. If we add those later, we will update this policy and the Play Console Data safety form.
2.4 Advertising data (AdMob)
When ads are shown, Google AdMob and its partners may collect or process:
- Advertising ID (e.g., Google Advertising ID on Android), if available and permitted
- IP address and approximate location derived from IP
- Device and network information
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, rewarded-ad completions)
We use rewarded ads (for example Earn Gold) and interstitial ads (for example when quitting some matches, or after some Friends matches finish).
In regions that require it (EEA, UK, Switzerland, and some US states), the App shows an in-app consent form before personalized ads. You can change or withdraw that choice in Settings → Privacy options when that option is shown. Outside those regions, ads are requested in the usual way without that form.
2.5 Information we do not intentionally collect
We do not ask for precise GPS location, contacts, photos, microphone, or SMS access for core gameplay. If a future update requests additional permissions, we will update this policy and the Play Console Data safety form.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information above to:
- Let you play as a guest on this device, or create and manage a signed-in account
- Provide offline gameplay and, after sign-in, online matchmaking, private rooms, and cloud progress sync
- Authenticate you with Firebase Authentication, Google Sign-In, and/or email/password
- Store and sync signed-in game data with Cloud Firestore
- Run authoritative online / Friends match logic with Cloud Functions
- Load cartoon avatars from Dicebear using a name or seed
- Show rewarded and interstitial ads via AdMob
- Prevent abuse, fraud, and cheating where reasonably possible
- Comply with legal obligations and Google Play policies
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Where required by law (for example GDPR), we rely on:
- Contract / service delivery — to provide the game you requested
- Legitimate interests — to secure the App, prevent abuse, and keep multiplayer fair
- Consent — where required for certain advertising technologies
- Legal obligation — when we must retain or disclose information by law
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share data with service providers that process it on our behalf or as independent controllers for advertising:
Google Firebase Authentication- Sign-in (Google and email/password)
Google Sign-In- Google account authentication
Cloud Firestore- Signed-in profile, rooms, matchmaking, online match state
Firebase Cloud Functions- Authoritative online / Friends match actions
Google AdMob- Advertising, rewarded ads, and interstitial ads
Dicebear- Cartoon avatar images generated from a name or seed (`api.dicebear.com`)
These providers may process data on servers in the United States or other countries. Their use of information is also governed by their own privacy policies and Google’s terms.
We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect users, the App, or our rights.
6. Data Retention
- Signed-in account and gameplay data are kept while your account is active and as needed to provide the App.
- If you delete your account in the App (Settings → Delete account), we delete or anonymize Firebase Authentication identity we control and associated app profile data we store in Firestore where technically feasible.
- Guest progress and preferences stay on this device until you uninstall the App or clear app data. They are not uploaded to our servers.
- AdMob and other Google advertising logs may persist for a limited period according to Google’s retention settings.
7. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
In the App you can:
- Play as a guest without creating a cloud account
- Sign in or sign out
- Delete your account (Settings → Delete account) if you are signed in
- Turn music on/off
- Change or withdraw ad consent in Settings → Privacy options when that option is shown (EEA, UK, Switzerland, and some US states)
- Limit ads personalization via Android settings (Google → Ads) and reset your Advertising ID
You can also use Google account permissions to revoke the App’s access to Google Sign-In.
To make a privacy request, contact us using the email on our Play Store listing and include enough detail for us to verify and process the request.
8. Children’s Privacy
Ludo PlayFast is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
If you offer the App in regions with different age gates, configure Play Console target audience and ads settings accordingly (including AdMob child-directed treatment where required).
9. Security
We use industry-standard providers (Firebase / Google) and access controls to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please protect your Google or email account credentials.
10. International Transfers
Your information may be processed outside your country of residence, including in countries that may have different data-protection laws. Where required, appropriate safeguards are applied by Google for its services.
