and use of the Ludo Nexus mobile application, website, and

2. ABOUT LUDO NEXUS

Ludo Nexus is a recreational and entertainment-focused

Ludo game designed to provide users with a simple, smooth,

and enjoyable gaming experience.

The game may include different gameplay features, rules,

animations, sounds, visual effects, and other features that

may be changed or improved over time.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND RESPONSIBLE USE

You may use Ludo Nexus for lawful personal and recreational

purposes.

You agree to use the application responsibly and in

accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.

You must not use Ludo Nexus to:

• Attempt to damage, disrupt, or interfere with the game.

• Create, distribute, or use unauthorized modified versions.

• Copy, reproduce, sell, rent, or commercially exploit the

  application or its content without permission.

• Use the application in a way that may harm the developer,

  other users, or the application.

4. GAMEPLAY

Ludo Nexus is intended for entertainment and recreational

purposes.

Gameplay rules, game mechanics, turn systems, dice behavior,

token movement, animations, scoring, and other gameplay

features may be modified, improved, balanced, or changed in

future versions.

The developer reserves the right to modify gameplay

features when reasonably necessary to improve the game,

correct errors, maintain fairness, or introduce new

features.

Gameplay results should not be considered guaranteed,

predictable, or suitable for any financial, commercial, or

other real-world decision.

5. GAME RESULTS AND RANDOMNESS

Where the game uses dice rolls, random events, or other

gameplay calculations, results are generated according to

the game's programmed logic.

The developer does not guarantee any particular dice result,

token movement, game result, or outcome.

Users should not rely on the game to produce any specific

result.

6. APP AVAILABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to keep Ludo Nexus available

and functioning properly.

However, we do not guarantee that the application will

always be:

• Completely free from bugs or errors.

• Free from crashes or technical problems.

• Compatible with every device.

• Available on every operating system version.

• Available at all times.

quality of that feature may depend on the user's internet

All original content associated with Ludo Nexus, including

but not limited to:

• Ludo Nexus name.

• Logo and branding.

• Original graphics.

• Game interface.

• Original artwork.

• Animations.

• Sounds and audio.

• Text and written content.

• Game design.

• Original gameplay-related implementations.

is owned by, created by, or properly licensed to the

developer, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish,

sell, rent, license, or commercially exploit any protected

content from Ludo Nexus without prior written permission

from the developer, except where permitted by applicable

law.

13. USER FEEDBACK AND SUGGESTIONS

If you voluntarily send feedback, suggestions, ideas,

feature requests, or other comments regarding Ludo Nexus,

you understand that the developer may use such feedback

to improve the application.

Submitting feedback does not give you ownership of the

application or any future feature developed from that

feedback.

14. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users must not attempt to:

• Cheat or manipulate gameplay.

• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage.

application, the developer does not guarantee that Ludo

Nexus will always be completely error-free, uninterrupted,

secure, or compatible with every device.

The developer does not guarantee that every feature will

always operate without interruption or that every technical

issue will be resolved immediately.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,

Shiv Bahadur Singh shall not be liable for indirect,

incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses or

damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability

to use, Ludo Nexus.

This may include, where legally permitted:

• Loss of game progress.

• Loss of locally stored data.

• Device-related issues.

• Application crashes.

• Temporary unavailability.

• Technical errors or bugs.

• Network or connectivity problems.

• Compatibility problems.

• Problems caused by third-party services.

• Losses resulting from unauthorized use or modification

  of the application.

You use Ludo Nexus at your own discretion and risk.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any

liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under

applicable law.

17. NO GUARANTEE OF CONTINUOUS SERVICE

The developer does not guarantee that Ludo Nexus will

remain available indefinitely.

The application, website, or any related feature may be

modified, suspended, discontinued, or replaced at any time

when reasonably necessary.

The developer will make reasonable efforts to provide

important updates where appropriate.
