Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Ludo Junction ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with your use of our mobile application (the "Service"), and describes your rights regarding that information.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.

Application refers to Ludo Junction, the software program provided by the Company.

Service refers to the Application, and (once launched) any web or WebGL version of the Application distributed via platforms such as Unity Play or embedded on our own website.

Usage Data means data collected automatically through use of the Service (e.g., gameplay events, session length, crashes).
You means the individual accessing or using the Service.

We do not require account creation, login, name, or email address to play the core game.
When you use the Service, we and our third-party service providers may automatically collect:
Device information (device model, operating system and version, language settings)
App usage data (screens viewed, gameplay events such as match completed/game over, session duration, crashes)
Advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID / AAID, or Apple's IDFA, where applicable) — collected to serve and measure banner and interstitial ads
Approximate location derived from IP address (not precise GPS location)
Game data stored locally on your device (high scores, settings, progress)
If you play via the web/WebGL version: browser type, referring URL, and similar web analytics data collected through standard web technologies (cookies or local storage)
We do not collect government IDs, financial or payment card details (payments, where applicable, are handled entirely by Google Play Billing / Apple, not by us), precise GPS location, contacts, camera, or microphone data, unless a specific future feature explicitly requests such access with your permission.
We use, or may use, the following third-party services. We will update this section, and our Google Play Data Safety declaration, before adding any new SDK or platform.

Unity LevelPlay, Meta Audience Network, AppLovin,Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics may use your device's Advertising ID to personalize ads and measure ad performance. You can reset or limit ad tracking at any time:
Android: Settings > Google > Ads > "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
We do not knowingly serve personalized ads to users under the age of 13.
We use collected information to:
Operate and maintain core gameplay
Save your local game progress and settings
Display and measure advertising
Understand app usage and fix bugs or crashes
Maintain leaderboards (if applicable)
Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not use your data for purposes unrelated to operating and improving the Service.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only:
With the service providers listed in Section 2, strictly to provide their functions
If required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request
To protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of our users
In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (you would be notified of any such change)
We retain automatically collected usage/analytics data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, generally no longer than 26 months, or as stated for each service in Section 2. Locally stored game data (scores, settings) remains on your device until you uninstall the app or clear app data.
This Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at tradelinks141@gmail.com and we will promptly delete such information.
We recommend that minors between the ages of 13 and 18 ask a parent or guardian for permission before providing any information to us.

Nominate: Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity

This app requests the following device permissions:
Internet access — required to display ads and send anonymous analytics
Network state — to check connectivity before loading ads
Advertising ID — used to serve and measure ads.
This app does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, storage, or photos.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This Service is available globally. If you access the Service from any region, your information may be processed in India, the United States, or other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your home country. Sections 7 through 9 above describe the specific rights available to you depending on your location.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this Privacy Policy or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise (e.g., for EEA or California residents).
