This Privacy Policy describes how Ludo Junction ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our mobile application (the "Service"), and explains your privacy rights.
1. Who We Are
Interpretation and Definitions
The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
Application refers to Ludo Junction, the software program provided by the Company.
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Privacy Policy) refers to Ludo Junction.
Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cell phone or a digital tablet.
Personal Data (or "Personal Information") is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
We use "Personal Data" and "Personal Information" interchangeably unless a law uses a specific term.
Service refers to the Application.
Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
Username or player nickname (if you set one for leaderboards)

We do not require account creation, login, name, or email address to play the core game.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Service, we and our third-party service providers may automatically collect:
Device information (device model, operating system and version, language settings)
App usage data (screens viewed, gameplay events such as level completed/game over, session duration, crashes)
Advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID / AAID) — not currently collected; this app does not display ads as of the current version. This section will apply once in-app advertising is enabled in a future update.
Approximate location derived from IP address (not precise GPS location)
Game data stored locally on your device (high scores, settings, progress)
2.3 Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect government IDs, financial/payment card details (payments are handled entirely by Google Play Billing / Apple, not by us), precise GPS location, contacts, camera, or microphone data, unless a specific feature explicitly requests such access with your permission.
3. Third-Party Services We Use
We use the following third-party services, which may independently collect information as described in their own privacy policies:

Note: AdMob is not integrated in the current version of the app. This Privacy Policy will be updated, and this section will become active, when advertising is added.

We may update this list as we add or remove SDKs; this Privacy Policy and our Google Play Data Safety declaration will always be kept consistent with each other.
3.1 Advertising and Analytics Identifiers
Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics may use your device's Advertising ID to personalize ads and measure ad performance. You can reset or limit ad tracking at any time:
Android: Settings > Google > Ads > "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
4. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
Operate and maintain core gameplay
Save your local game progress and settings
Display and measure advertising
Understand app usage and fix bugs/crashes
Maintain leaderboards (if applicable)
Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not use your data for purposes unrelated to operating and improving the Service.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only:
With service providers listed in Section 3, strictly to provide their respective functions
If required by law, legal process, or valid governmental request
To protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of our users
In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (you would be notified of any such change)
6. Data Retention
We retain automatically collected usage/analytics data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, generally no longer than 26 months. Locally stored game data (scores, settings) remains on your device until you uninstall the app or clear app data.
7. Children's Privacy (COPPA — United States)
This Service complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [tradelinks141@gmail.com] and we will promptly delete such information.
8. Your Rights Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act)
If you are located in India, you are a "Data Principal" under the DPDP Act, and you have the right to:
Access: Obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the processing activities involved
Correction and Updating: Request correction, completion, or updating of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
Erasure: Request deletion of personal data that is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, subject to legal retention requirements
Withdraw Consent: Withdraw previously given consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal
Grievance Redressal: Raise a complaint with our mail; if unresolved, escalate to the Data Protection Board of India
Nominate: Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity

8.1 Data Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify affected users and the Data Protection Board of India as required under the DPDP Act and its rules.
8.2 Cross-Border Data Transfer
Where your data is processed outside India (e.g., by Google's servers), we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives a comparable level of protection, consistent with DPDP Act requirements and any government-notified restrictions.
9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
Know what categories of personal information we collect and how it is used
Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions
Correct inaccurate personal information
Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (as broadly defined under CCPA/CPRA, which can include certain advertising data-sharing arrangements)
Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights
We do not sell personal information for monetary value. To the extent our use of advertising SDKs constitutes "sharing" under CPRA, you may opt out via your device's ad tracking settings described in Section 3.1, or by contacting us at [tradelinks141@gmail.com].

10. Device Permissions
This app requests the following device permissions:
Internet access — required to display ads and send anonymous analytics
Network state — to check connectivity before loading ads
This app does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, storage, or photos.
11. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. International Users
This Service is operated with primary user bases in India and the United States. If you access the Service from another region, your information may be processed in India, the United States, or other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your home country.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and where appropriate, through an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
