Designed and implemented an endline survey of 4500 households analyzing the effectiveness of the Community Support Project (CSP), a community driven development initiative aimed at increasing economic development and social cohesion in the southern oblasts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Provided statistical analysis of the intersectional determinants of poverty in Cambodia for a UNDP report assessing national progress toward LNOB standards.
Developed and implemented survey of 900 elected leaders and 200 local civil society leaders across nine provinces, measuring leaders’ perceptions of the roles, capacity, accountability, and limitations of decentralized government.
Spearheaded measurement and evaluation efforts for SWAP, a USAID-funded randomized control trial (RCT) aimed at increasing the responsiveness of solid waste service providers and local political institutions in urban Cambodia.
