Rental rates vary, depending on how much space you need, for how long and your relationship with the LPC.
The minimum rate of $50 is for the use of single room for 3 hours, by organizations whose members are regular volunteers at the Lucy Parsons Center.
Larger organizations, private entities and others without ties to the Center may be charged a higher rate, starting at $100/3 hours.
Payment is due before your event, unless otherwise arranged. Payment can be made via the Lucy Parsons Institute for Social Research website here. If you pay electronically, please forward your email receipt or a screenshot of your payment to LucyParsonsBuilding@gmail.com.
