I am Assistant Professor of Economic Policy (SECS-P/02) at the Economic Policy Department of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (UCSC), currently working on the Prin 2017 ‘Lost highway: skills, technology and trade in Italian economic growth, 1815-2018’.


I am also Affiliate Researcher at the Institute of Economics of Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna (SSSA) Pisa, and Fellow at Global Labor Organization


I obtained the National Scientific Habilitation (ASN 2021-2023) as Associate Professor in Economic Policy (A13-02) and Applied Economics (A13-04).


During the period 2018-2021 I have been postdoc researcher at the National Institute for Public Policy Analysis (Inapp) in Rome and then (2021-2023) at the Economic Policy Department of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (UCSC) in Milan.

 

I hold my Ph.D in Economics and Finance, in 2018, from the Ph.D School of Economics of Sapienza University of Rome.


My research interests relate to: the interplay between technical change, growth, distribution and labor market dynamics; evolutionary economics; Agent-Based (ABM) and Stock-Flow Consistent (SFC) macroeconomic models; Complex Adaptive Systems in Economics.
