All three of our shops open at 6:30 am, last entry is 9:30 pm, and closing is 11:00 pm.

The password should be written inside the shop, but if it's not, message us telling us what shop you are at and we will give it to you. You can call/text us at (803) 470-5726, email us at luckylaundromatsc@gmail.com, or leave us a message via our Google Profile if you're visiting Smart Laundry or 1635 Decker Blvd.

We're sorry this happens. It should refund automatically. The way it works is the bank holds $20 just to make sure you have enough money to pay for the load, even if the amount needed is less, but don't worry! You'll get your money back. Our recommendation is to not use debit cards to pay for your laundry just so it's less complicated.
