Rohans Kowlessur
Physiotherapist and Support Worker
AHPRA: PHY0004052929
Lucky Circle was founded in 2026 by Rohans Kowlessur, a Physiotherapist with four years of experience working within the disability and NDIS sector. Before becoming a Physiotherapist, Rohans worked extensively as a disability support worker, both independently and with larger disability providers. These experiences inspired him to create Lucky Circle and provide a more personal, individualised approach to disability support.
Rohans works across both paediatric and adult physiotherapy, with experience in mobility, gross motor development, strength, rehabilitation and functional independence. He has a particular passion for paediatric physiotherapy and supporting children and young people to build their physical abilities, confidence and independence.
Lucky Circle has been built with a strong focus on NDIS compliance, safety and quality. We maintain structured processes for participant intake, service agreements, risk management, incident and complaints management, documentation and ongoing service monitoring to support consistent, accountable care.
Through Physiotherapy and personalised Support Work, our focus is simple: genuine relationships, high-quality care and helping participants achieve meaningful outcomes in everyday life.
