Soundscapes

An app designed for children made with the INTEC pedagogical team in 

the Ministry of Education.

Inspired by Murray Schafer's concept of soundscapes, we developed a free and open application for children, allowing them, teachers, and families, to co-create imaginary soundscapes. 

Features

👂 Sound Design Craft unique auditory environments by combining ambient sounds, object noises, and animal sounds. This feature allows the generation of personalized soundscapes.

🎨 Add Visual Elements Allows the inclusion of drawings or photos created or chosen by the children, adding a visual dimension to the auditory experience. 

⚙️ Enhanced Teacher Controls Allowing them to select and display sounds based on specific themes. This feature ensures that the soundscapes align with educational goals and topics.
