User Agreement for Lucifer - Play the Lie Machine

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of Lucifer - Play the Lie Machine (the “chatbot”, or “chatbot game”), provided by MANTRA ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE LLC (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”). By accessing or using the Game, you (“User,” “You,” or “Your”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By using the chatbot, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should not access or use the Game.

2. AGE REQUIREMENT You must be at least 13 years old to play the chatbot. If you are under this age, you must obtain consent from a parent or guardian. By agreeing to this Agreement, you confirm that you are of the required age or have parental consent to play the chatbot game.

3. USE OF THE CHATBOT You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the chatbot for personal entertainment purposes only. You agree not to:

•     Use the chatbot game for any unlawful purpose.

•     Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the chatbot game.

•     Interfere with or disrupt the chatbot game or servers.

•     Use bots, automated scripts, or other tools to manipulate gameplay.

4. GAMEPLAY MECHANICS The chatbot presents modified or distorted answers based on an original response to a user query. Your goal is to identify how the answer has been altered and deduce the rule behind the modification. After guessing a chat distortion rule, you are shown the real chat distortion rule, and a score is attributed or not based on the correctness of the answer. Sometimes, the chatbot may provide responses that are factually inaccurate, humorous, or absurd in nature. The chatbot may occasionally output responses that contradict common knowledge, challenge widely held beliefs, or present absurd or illogical information. By participating in the chatbot, you acknowledge that these modifications are for the purpose of entertainment and a thought-provoking experience. These responses are part of the gameplay and are meant to challenge your problem-solving abilities. By messaging the chatbot, you agree that the chatbot may provide responses not following the chat distortion rule as intended. 

5. CHATBOT OUTPUTS  Some responses are intentionally false or nonsensical as part of the challenge. By participating in the chatbot, you acknowledge that the chatbot may occasionally provide responses that contradict common knowledge, challenge widely held beliefs, or present answers that are illogical or absurd. By messaging the chatbot, you agree that these outputs are not intended to offend, but to engage you in a thought-provoking experience. 

6. PRIVACY POLICY By using the chatbot, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy [https://sites.google.com/view/lucifer-play-the-data-center/privacy-policy].

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All intellectual property related to the chatbot, including but not limited to, text, graphics, design, logos, trademarks, and software, is owned by MANTRA ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You agree not to infringe upon these rights.

8. GAME UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the chatbot game at any time, with or without notice. We may update or enhance the Game periodically, and you agree to accept such updates, including any new features or changes, as part of this Agreement.

9. USER-GENERATED CONTENT You may have the ability to create, submit, or share content through the chatbot game, such as game strategies, messages, or other material. You agree not to share content that is illegal or that violates any third-party rights.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY  MANTRA ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the chatbot game.

11. TERMINATION We may suspend or terminate your access to the chatbot game at our discretion, with or without cause, including if you violate any part of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using the Game, and any rights granted to you under this Agreement will be revoked.

12. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Game after such changes will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

By using the chatbot game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this User Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
