Inter-affine tiles: a maths and art project

This project was concuted together with Edmund Harris and Reilly Dickens-Hoffman from the University of Arkansas. The pieces are laser cut wood and the structure of the sculpture is 3D printed. It is related to a number system with base (-1+3i)/2.
