Lucas H. Muniz da Conceição

I am a Ph.D. Candidate at Bocconi University. A Brazilian certified attorney with an LL.B/JSD from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) and a Master of Law (LLM/MA) from Birkbeck, University of London. Winner of a scholarship award and participant of the Columbia University Summer Program in American Law - Leiden Session, 2016. Awarded Birkbeck's School of Law Postgraduate Prize for top mark in the LLM/MA in Constitutional Politics, Law and Theory (2018). 

My PhD research project investigates digital constitutionalism and its possible correlation with democracy and societal perspectives of constitutional law. The main focus is understanding how this concept may be employed beyond content moderation and into the larger scope of Internet governance.
