I'm a PhD candidate in Economics at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. My research focuses on labor and public economics, with particular attention to the intersection of education and health outcomes. I also maintain an active research interest in applied macroeconomics, having published work on Brazilian monetary policy and examined how oil price fluctuations affect economic performance.
I currently work as a Research Assistant at the Boyd Center for Business and Economic Research, where I develop policy evaluation projects for faculty and external organizations. Before graduate school, I worked as an electrical engineer on wind farm operations and university infrastructure projects. I've studied and conducted research in the US, France, Australia, and Brazil. Feel free to reach out if you'd like to discuss my work or connect.
