Christopher Graham is a freelance ELT consultant and author based in the UK. He has worked in the field since 1981 in over 30 countries for the British Council, ministries of education and international publishers. He works extensively on Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning projects and CPD design and delivery, particularly in the MENA region. He has a specific interest in teaching contexts in fragile and fractured societies, and in the role that ELT has in engaging with the climate crisis.
Chris is IATEFL President and Chair of the publications committee.
He is one of the founders of ELT Footprint, a 2020 British Council ELTons winner and sits on the EVE – Equal Voices in ELT mentoring committee.

Penny is Associate Professor and Senior Tutor at Warwick Global Academy, University of Warwick. She has over 35 years’ experience in English Language Teaching, working with learners and teachers from around the world. Her professional interests include academic transition and student success, teacher development, and the use of educational technology to enhance learning.
Penny has contributed to several Warwick research and development projects, both at home and internationally in collaboration with organisations such as the British Council, focusing on how technology can support and empower teachers in the classroom. She is an active member of the University’s Technology Enhanced Learning Forum, Education Forum and the Active Learning Network, and is a Certified Member of the Association for Learning Technology (CMALT).
