- WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE YOGA TTC ED VISA AND DTV VISA?
The Yoga TTC 500 HRS is available to individuals of all ages and all levels. This is perfect for travellers who seeking a flexible, long term stay in Thailand. Applicants of all nationalities are welcome.
- WHAT BANK DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE DTV VISA APPLICATION?
As required by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, you need to provide proof of financial means showing a minimum balance of THB 500,000 (approximately USD 15,000) in your bank account.
( Funds can be held in accounts anywhere in the world, not just in Thailand)
- HOW LONG CAN I STAY IN THAILAND?
The ED visa is valid for 1 year and permit an initial stay of up to 90 days. And we provide service to prepare all documents to submit at immigration.
The DTV visa is valid for 5 years and permit on initial stay of up to 180 days. You may extend your stay for an additional 180 days by applying at any Thai immegration office and paying to required fee. After 360 days, you must exit and re-enter Thailand, which can be completed on the same day via land, sea, or air. No additional documentation or fees are required—simply present your DTV visa upon re-entry.
- CAN I LEAVE THAILAND AND RETURN ON A YOGA DTV VISA?
Yes, the Yoga DTV Visa is a multiple-entry visa, allowing you to travel in and out of Thailand as often as you like without needing a re-entry permit. Ensure that your visa remains valid throughout your travels to facilitate seamless re-entry into Thailand.
- ARE ASSETS ACCEPTABLE TO MEET THE FINANCIAL REQUIREMENT OF THE DTV VISA?
No, assets such as stocks, property, or cryptocurrency cannot be used to satisfy the financial criteria for the Yoga DTV visa. To meet these requirements, you must demonstrate liquidity through cash in a savings account.
- WHAT DOCUMENTS WILL I RECEIVE UPON ENROLLMENT?
We will provide official acceptance letter that serves as a key document for your Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) application. The letter includes: Certificate of Registration for the Yoga Teacher Training, Certification of the Thai Ministry of Education, Application Form for Yoga Course, Receipt of Registration Fee, Certification of Enrollment.

- WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME FOR A YOGA DTV VISA?
The processing duration for the Yoga DTV Visa varies by location. If you apply at an embassy or consulate within Thailand’s neighboring countries, you can typically expect to receive your visa within a week. However, processing times differ across various locations. For applicants outside of Southeast Asia, such as those in the Europe and US, the approval process for the DTV Visa may take between two to four weeks.

WHAT ARE THE ALTERNATIVE TO THE YOGA DESTINATION THAILAND VISA?
If the Yoga Destination Thailand Visa does not meet your requirements or you are not eligible, a viable alternative is ED visa. This option enhances convenience and flexibility for your stay in Thailand, offering 1 year in Thailand.
- ARE YOU AN AGENT?
No, we are not an agent. Our Yoga School is authorized and licensed by Thai Ministry of Thailand , to provide certified Yoga Teacher Training and to issue applications and manage the process for the Destination Thailand Visa (DTV).
- CAN I WORK IN THAILAND WHILE ON A DTV VISA?
No, holders of the Yoga DTV Visa are not allowed to work in Thailand. As the DTV Visa is designed for individuals who wish to stay for tourism or other non-work related activities.
If you intend to work in Thailand, you would need to apply for a different type of visa, such as a work visa, which requires sponsorship from a Thai employer and involves additional documentation and approvals.
- CAN I OBTAIN A DESTINATION THAILAND VISA EVEN IF I DON'T COMPLETE MY TRAINING SESSIONS?
Yes, you can apply for 5-year DTV visa at the time of enrollment. It is not necessary to complete all training sessions within the first 1 year.
