While we are fine with you contacting us the way you feel most comfortable, here is some information that will streamline the process:

1.   Use email for correspondence for a faster response

2.   Please call the main office phone line only: 585-728-9191 – We do respond quickly to voicemails

3.   Doing business over text is very difficult and our system cannot capture the activity as we do with email, if for some reason you cannot use email, please text the office number: 585-728-9191 rather than personal cells

4.   Use Calendly to schedule an appointment (or call Ginger or Amy at the office line)

5.   We can accommodate withdrawals & deposits with a five business day notice. We will do our best with less notice.

6.   You can schedule your own reviews as needed (calendly) or you can request Ginger to set up an automated reminder for every 6 or 12 months
