Amanda has two associate degrees (Sign Language Interpreter and Elementary Education) from West Virginia Northern Community College, a bachelor's degree in Community Education: Disability Services and a master's degree in Educational Leadership from West Liberty University. Amanda is a Registered Behavior Technician. She has many years of experience working with children infants to high school.
Amanda is passionate about supporting children as they grow, learn, and navigate the world around them. She believes every child deserves to be seen, understood, and given the opportunity to succeed in an environment that is safe, supportive, and responsive to their needs. A strong advocate for equity and fairness, ensuring that all children and families have access to the resources, support, and opportunities they need to thrive.
Amanda also has a deep love for animals and the joy they bring into our lives. Outside of her professional role, Amanda is a proud mom to one child and an avid dog lover. She enjoys spending time with her family, being out in the sun (solar powered), and gardening, finding peace and balance in the simple moments of everyday life.

Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Appalachian State University and brings many years of experience working with children from infancy through second grade. She is a Certified Family Peer Support provider and is trained in multiple Triple P programs, including Primary Care, Level 2 Seminars, Group Triple P, Fear Less, Stepping Stones, and Teens.
Amy is passionate about supporting children and families through connection, understanding, and practical strategies that build confidence and success.
Outside of her professional role, Amy is a mom to three children and four dogs. She enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, and making memories with her family and fur babies.
