The attendance to the meeting is limited to 130 in-person participants, so it is important to formally register.
After this limit is reached we will open a waiting list in case there are any cancelations.
Registration is open for all scientists. However, we aim to have a balanced representation in terms of participant profiles, career stages, and involvement (or not) in the Rubin Observatory. Therefore, registration is subject to confirmation of acceptance.
If you require an invitation letter for VISA and/or funding requests, please contact us.
