With a location just off Highway 82 and near the new Bois d’Arc Lake, we’re solving a real need for safe, accessible storage and long-haul parking in Fannin County.

A: Dodd City and the surrounding region are experiencing steady growth, with increased commercial trucking traffic, lake tourism, and population expansion. There’s currently limited infrastructure to support this need, especially in rural areas — we’re creating a solution that meets both local and regional demand.

Q: What’s the timeline for development?
A: Once funded, we aim to break ground within 60–90 days. Our goal is to have the truck and equipment lot operational within 6 months, with RV spaces phased in shortly after.

Q: Will the lot be gated and secure?
A: Yes! Security is a top priority. The lot will feature gated access, security cameras, clear lighting, and wide lanes for easy maneuverability.

Q: Is this a franchise or locally owned?
A: This is a 100% locally owned, woman-led small business. The founder, Meredith, is a long-time Texas resident, nurse, and entrepreneur committed to improving her local community.
