Math Morning Message 5/19

Math: This week we will finish our study on multiplication and division.

Science: We will finish our unit on plants and practice thinking like gardeners.

Bible: In Bible, we will see what happens to Moses as the Israelites still complain and grumble. Please email Mrs. Leslie if you have any questions: amy.leslie@twca.net.

This week in Reading we will share our nonfiction book reports with classmates. Readers will read and respond to one another, thinking critically about what they enjoyed and learned from each report. Students will also have an opportunity to leave words of encouragement in each others journals as we wrap up and say goodbye to second grade.

In Handwriting we will wrap up our lower case cursive unit with writing numbers. (More information on summer cursive work of upper case letters will be sent via email.)
