Evaluation Waiver

Our athlete evaluations will take place on Tuesday, May 26th and Thursday, May 28th at Poquessing Middle School - in the cafeteria. (300 HEIGHTS LANE, FEASTERVILLE)   Athletes must attend BOTH nights.

Evaluations are $5 per athlete, this is to help cover the cost of renting the school for both nights. All athletes must complete an evaluation waiver to participate.  Please bring your completed waiver & evaluation fee with you on the first night. 

Evaluation Schedule (Both Nights):

• All Ages: 6:15 PM – 7:30 PM   A parent/guardian must stay for the first 15 minutes for a brief overview of our evaluation process.  At 6:30pm parents will be asked to leave, as our evaluations are closed.

• Level 2 Evaluation (Optional): 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM   Athletes interested in being evaluated for the Level 2 team are welcome to stay for the additional session. To participate in Level 2 evaluations, athletes should be able to contribute at that level - this includes having a back handspring OR being an experienced stunter capable of performing Level 2 stunts.

Please note that these evaluations are used to determine placements for summer practices. Final team placements will be decided based on athlete performance, growth, and commitment throughout the summer practice season.

How to be prepared for EVALS

• Hair pulled back into a tight ponytail

• Athletic clothing for practice (NO DENIM)

• Sneakers (cheer shoes are recommended)

• A full waterbottle

• $5 Eval fee per athlete
