Privacy Policy for LearningRx Check Meetings

LearningRx Check Meetings is a browser extension designed for authorized LearningRx staff to identify Google Calendar meetings associated with a Lead or Client currently selected in the LearningRx Hub.
Information accessed
The extension temporarily accesses limited information displayed within the LearningRx Hub, including names and email addresses of Leads, Clients, guardians, and family members. It also accesses Google Calendar event information through an authorized Google account, including event dates, titles, attendee information, and event descriptions when needed to identify matching meetings.
How information is used
This information is used only to identify and display past or upcoming meetings associated with the LearningRx Hub record selected by the user.
Data retention
Lead and Client personal information is not retained for future use and is not stored in an external database. Temporary information may be held within the active browser session so that meeting results can remain available while the user moves between LearningRx Hub pages.
Google authorization
The extension uses Google OAuth to obtain read-only access to an authorized Google Calendar. The extension does not receive or store the user's Google password. Google authorization tokens are used only to provide the Calendar lookup feature.
Data sharing and advertising
Personal information accessed by the extension is not sold, rented, shared with advertisers, or used for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
Website access
The extension operates only on designated LearningRx Hub pages and communicates with the Google Calendar API to provide its meeting lookup functionality. It does not collect general web browsing history or monitor activity on unrelated websites.
