Commutative algebra and its allied fields are among the core research areas of the Indian mathematics community, especially in recent times. A large number of young Indian researchers are active in working on various branches of commutative algebra. The aim of this conference is to bring together some eminent researchers from abroad and in India, working in commutative algebra and related topics, and young researchers working in this field, to acquire knowledge, interact and exchange ideas. 

This also provides a platform where young and aspiring researchers including postdoctoral fellows and advanced doctoral students may share their recent works, as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in this field.
