Welcome to our journey! We decided to create this bussiness due to all the struggles we’ve faced with companies that have 10+ years in the bussiness. We come together to prove that we can do better. We learned from companies mistakes, and we want to show everyone that gives us an opportunity to demonstrate our Work Ethic and Values we learned from the Best Workers on the fields. I, Luis Robles, started 5 years ago in the landscaping bussiness. I’ve learned what to and not to do. The #1 lesson I learned was to work in every property as if it was my own. I started working as a crew member. Within 1 year, I became crew leader. After a year, I became in charge of landscape maintenance at PPMC (Portland Providence Medical Center). Then, I decided to leave that opportunity to come and work closer to home, Vancouver. I began from 0, working in the construction/extras/projects to learn more things as I worked. Short after, I started working for a company that honestly made me build my own company since, we wouldn’t have the correct tools for anything. Mowers would not function properly. Blowers would turn-off randomly. Trucks would malfunction. It became a toxic environment. Anyways, I’m thankful for the experience. This made me realize that I could work with better functioning equipment. I have learned from managers from Pacific, DeSantis, Peak, CrystalGreens and ValleyScapes that... Small Details Matter! Treat lawns as  if they were our own.
