This agreement outlines the structure of your program, payment terms, expectations, and the responsibilities of both trainer and client. It ensures clarity and alignment before training begins.
This waiver explains the inherent risks of physical training and confirms that you understand and accept those risks. It protects both you and LPT by ensuring all training is conducted with informed consent.
This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, missed sessions, and refunds are handled. It protects your time and ensures fairness and consistency for all clients.
Clear communication helps you get the best results from your program and ensures a smooth, professional coaching experience. These expectations outline how and when we communicate throughout your training.
Messages sent during business hours (Monday–Friday, 7 AM–7 PM) will receive a response within 24 hours.
Messages sent outside business hours or on weekends will be answered the next business day.
Urgent matters related to safety or injury should be communicated immediately, but non‑urgent questions will follow the standard response window.
Weekly check‑ins should be completed using the official Weekly Check‑In Form.
Monthly progress reviews will be completed using the Monthly Review Form.
Text messages or social media messages are not substitutes for official check‑ins.
All scheduling changes must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
Same‑day cancellations or no‑shows follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Assessment appointments and program updates will be scheduled directly with you.
Communication should remain professional and related to your training, health, and program.
Personal or unrelated topics may not receive a response.
Trainer availability outside scheduled hours is limited to ensure quality service for all clients.
Form videos should be sent using the instructions provided in the How to Send Form Videos guide.
Please limit submissions to 2–3 videos per week unless otherwise discussed.
Videos should be clear, well‑lit, and show the full movement.
Program adjustments are made during scheduled check‑ins or assessments.
Requests for major changes outside these times may be addressed at the next check‑in.
Respectful communication is expected at all times.
Harassment, inappropriate language, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.
