This course exists because our legal profession and the justice systems it serves are undergoing profound changes as these structures evolve from their Second Industrial Revolution origins to cope with the many challenges our society faces in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the time in which we currently live.
Lawyers entering the practice today need new, better tools to use in meeting these wicked challenges we face.

LPS is part of the core curriculum in the Program on Law and Innovation (PoLI), which aims to equip Vanderbilt Law students to successfully navigate, influence, and lead the law and legal industry through the many forces of change in this Fourth Industrial Revolution.
