COCONUT OIL not only stores better than any other oil, it goes well with both sweet and savory foods, burns like a carb and has medicinal properties - I think this is the most important thing to stockpile.
PASTA is cheap, stores well and can be mixed with whatever else is available in the stores to make a full meal. It doesn't even need to be cooked! There is a popular cooking method where you just soak the pasta and then warm it up. I have 100+ boxes of pasta and it is a major part of my stockpile!
