In the said SWOT Analysis, we mentioned the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of LPL Greenhills Condominium Corporation. Based on the information we gathered during the interview, one of the strengths of the company is focused on non discriminatory recruitment which ensures fairness in the hiring process and helps create a diverse and inclusive workplace that allows the company to attract top talent from various backgrounds, fostering a culture of equity and innovation. Through evaluating candidates based on their qualifications, skills, and potential, a company can demonstrate its commitment to transparency and ethical practices. Another strength of the company is its implemented workplace policies against harassment and discrimination which is an essential aspect of fostering a safe and respectful work environment.This proactive approach not only aligns with legal requirements but also builds trust and loyalty among the workforce.
We also identify their weaknesses, the company offer promotion prioritizing seniority which affects limiting opportunities for younger or newer employees who may bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas.
