LPG Management Services provide Landlords who want the option to self-manage their properties with the ability to have professional tenant placement.

With tenant placement service, we help landlords procure a quality tenant using our proven marketing services to place a tenant.

Listing & professional marketing of the property for rent in all appropriate MLS platforms, Zillow, and syndicate websites.

Procuring a tenant, completing a Credit check, background check, income & past landlord verification.

LPG will provide a recommendation on applicant approval based on our screening process and will prepare a lease as part of the service. Owner has final approval.

Full lease preparation & execution based on landlords preferred terms.

Fees: LPG charges a set-up fee of $150 at the time of listing + one and a half month’s rent once the tenant is placed.
