Hey Encounter sign up to go to Buc-ee's in Huber Heights!
Wednesday, July 22, 2026 1-4pm (Afternoontime)
Bring your money that's burning a hole in your pocket and join Encounter to get some beaver nuggets, Jerky and whatever is on sale with the logo on it. Must sign up by July 20! PARENTS (not students) Must Sign in the appropriate fields below.
LEAVING AT 1PM Wednesday - Returning by 4pm

LPC Families (& Encounter) Reds Game August 5 (night game)
ALL LPC FAMILIES Parents, Leaders, Jr High & High School Students and their families! Join us for a Reds Game!
Students Trip Cost: $15 for Students - we will be in upper seats of section 535 at GABP buy tickets
LPC Families sign up here or buy your own tickets in section 535 to sit with LPC people - (Section 535 is near the upper level play area and on the same side as the Redheads wiffleball field)
For Students without parents:
Meet at LPC at 5pm
Return after the game ~10 pm
Sunday, July 11 1PM AT LPC
1. Game Sunday, August 5 8/5 Total Cost $15 *Scholarships available.
2. Sign up by Wednesday, August 2 at 9am
3. You will receive an email/text reminder
4. We may need drivers
5. IF YOU SIGN UP I WILL BUY YOU A TICKET (please respect Jesus' money)
6. Meet on Sunday August 5 at 5pm at LPC ( Will return after the game - it begins at 6:40 p)

River Tubing Encounter Family
Sunday August 9th 2-5P**
Parents, Leaders, Jr High & High School Students and their families! Join us for TUBING!
Trip Cost: Free
We will meet at Little River Cafe at 2 pm on Sunday, August 9th
We will be tubing on the Little Miami
Wear your swimsuit and sunscreen and shoes/sandals to get wet
We have our own LPC TUBES available - And Andrew has a few life jackets upon request
Parents & Siblings (with parents) can come along too (lifejackets for children is recommended)
2pm PUT IN - park behind (Drop Off) Little River Cafe (5527 Oregonia Rd)
~5pm (Sometimes 4pm)** PULL OUT - pick up at Mathers Mill ODNR PUBLIC Access 4pm
*We will shuttle people back to get their cars at Little River Cafe
**NOTE** - The time it takes to go down the river depends on the flow and speed of the river as well as time of arrive and preparation time that includes inflating and deflating the tubes.
