Question & Answers
What should I bring to my first yoga class?
For your first class, we recommend bringing:
A yoga mat (we have rentals available if needed)
Comfortable, breathable clothing
A water bottle
A small towel (optional)
Most importantly, bring an open mind and a positive attitude!
I'm not flexible. Can I still do yoga?
Absolutely! Yoga is for everyone, regardless of flexibility. In fact, practicing yoga regularly can help improve your flexibility over time. Our instructors offer modifications for all levels, so you can practice safely and comfortably.
How often should I practice yoga?
The frequency of your practice depends on your personal goals and schedule. For beginners, we recommend starting with 1-2 classes per week and gradually increasing as you feel comfortable. Consistency is key, so find a schedule that works for you and stick to it.
Do you offer private yoga sessions?
Yes, we offer private one-on-one and small group sessions. These are great for beginners who want personalized attention, students with specific goals or injuries, or those who prefer a more tailored experience. Contact us for more information and pricing.
What's your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change. You can cancel or reschedule your class up to 2 hours before the start time without any penalty. For cancellations made less than 2 hours before class, or for no-shows, the class will be deducted from your package or charged at the drop-in rate.
