If your HP printer is still showing low toner after replacing the toner cartridge. Then, you must do the needful to resolve it and run your printer with ease.
The most probable reason for this is that the chip on the toner is not reset which is why it is still showing error. So, you would need to setup an HP printer and toner cartridge to resolve the error.
Follow the steps to resolve the error:
Open the menu from the printer and go to System Setup > Supply Settings > Black Cartridge or Color Cartridge > Very Low Settings.
Now, you need to select the very low toner cartridge settings and set the printer to print even after showing the low toner error.
Once, this option is set, you would be able to print no matter the ink levels. But that is not good for the printer because you wouldn’t know when there is no ink in the printer.
So, you may need to download and install the HP printer driver on your system. Outdated system drivers can also cause low tone problems on your system.
