Last Updated: January 16, 2026

Welcome to Lowins ("Lowins", "we", "us", or "our")—an AI-powered photo generation tool that enables users to upload photos containing human faces or bodies and generate new images in distinct styles. By accessing or using our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not understand these Terms or do not accept any part of them, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years of age to use Lowins. Users under the age of 18 may only use the Service with the accompaniment and prior written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must review and agree to these Terms on the minor’s behalf.

2. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to review and amend these Terms at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. All modifications take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation To access certain features of Lowins, you need to create an account ("Account") and provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information as requested in the registration form. You may delete your Account at any time by following the instructions within Lowins. Please note that we may suspend or terminate your Account in accordance with Section 9 (Right to Terminate). If you register for Lowins using a third-party account (e.g., social media account), you authorize us to access that third-party account in compliance with the third party’s terms and conditions.

3.2 Account Responsibilities You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (e.g., username, password) and for all activities conducted under your Account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use, suspected unauthorized use of your Account, or other security breaches. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above obligations.

4. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions & Virtual Credits

4.1 Paid Services Lowins offers fee-based services, including subscriptions and virtual items ("Paid Services"). You may purchase these services via the Apple App Store.

4.2 Subscription Terms You may opt to subscribe to Paid Services on a weekly or annual basis. Your Subscription will automatically renew upon expiration. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel the Subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

4.3 Virtual Credits Policy The Service utilizes a credit system ("Credits") for AI content generation.

• Usage: Credits are deducted when you generate content. Different features may consume different amounts of Credits.

• No Monetary Value: Credits have no monetary value and are not property. They cannot be transferred, traded, or exchanged for cash.

• Expiration: Unless otherwise stated, Credits allocated via a recurring subscription expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Credits purchased as separate packs may have different validity periods as specified at the time of purchase.

• Non-Refundable: All purchases of Credits are final and non-refundable.

4.4 Modifications and Refunds We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or amend Paid Services and Subscription rules at any time. For inquiries or refund requests related to payments made through the Apple App Store, please contact Apple directly in accordance with their policies.
