What We Charge
As a mobile notary service, we charge for the house call in addition to the state mandated notary fee.
Our House Call fee for general notary work is currently $50 for up to 30 minutes in our home area, which includes Upper & Lower Merion Township, the Main Line, Narberth, Ardmore, Bryn Mawr, Gladwyne, Wynnewood, Bala Cynwyd, King of Prussia, Wayne, Paoli, Devon, Malvern, and more. Additional time is billed at $10 per quarter hour. In addition to the House Call fee, the state mandated notary fee is $5 per notarial act. Other areas may be charged more.
For loan signings, we charge a flat house call fee of $125. There is no extra charge for the notary seals. If you need us to print your loan documents, the minimum charge is $20.
I-9 Verifications are charged a flat house call fee of $75, with no notary fees.
Charges for parking will be added to the total.
