Standard interior cleaning costs $0.35-40 per square foot and provides a more thorough service, including detailed cleaning of all surfaces, fixtures, and areas affected by construction. This level of cleaning typically includes: Detailed dusting of all surfaces, cleaning of windows, doors, and frames, floor cleaning and sanitization, basic fixture cleaning, and removal of all construction residue.

-Touch-Up Cleaning (Post Final Stage)

$0.20 per square foot

Touch-up cleaning costs $0.20 per square foot and is the final phase of post-construction cleaning. This service addresses any remaining issues and ensures the space is move-in ready. It includes: Final dust removal, spot cleaning of any marks or smudges, detailed cleaning of fixtures and hardware, final floor polishing, window and glass cleaning
