Ernestine Dickhaut (ernestine.dickhaut@uni-kassel.de) is a research associate at the University of Kassel. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Psychology and computer science from the Technical University of Darmstadt. 

Her research focuses on codification of design knowledge, low code development, and how to design lawful systems. Her work has been published in leading information systems and management conferences and journals.

Edona Elshan (edona.elshan@unisg.ch) is a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Information Management at the University of St.Gallen (IWI-HSG). She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Information systems from the University of Zurich, Switzerland, and a master’s degree in Business Innovation from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. Her research focuses on low code development, cloud native platforms, conversational interfaces, and composable applications. Her work has been published in leading information systems and management conferences and journals. 

Andreas Janson (andreas.janson@unisg.ch) is an International Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute of Information Management (IWI-HSG) at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. He obtained his PhD from the University of Kassel, Germany. His research focuses on service design, decision-making in digital environments, and digital learning. His research has been recognized with awards at HICSS and DESRIST, and is published in leading journals such as the Journal of the Association for Information Systems, European Journal of Information Systems, Journal of Information Technology, and Academy of Management Learning and Education. For his community service and research, Andreas was named AIS Distinguished Member Cum Laude. 

Philipp Ebel (philipp.ebel@unisg.ch) is an assistant professor and head of a research group at the Institute for Information Management at the University of St.Gallen (IWI-HSG). He is also a guest researcher at the University of Kassel. His research focuses on the integration of internal and external knowledge sources into digital innovation ecosystems, the (agile) development of new products and services, and the systematic design of human-machine-collaborations. He teaches on these and other topics at master's level as well as in various executive education programs. His research has been published in numerous renowned international journals, such as Information Systems Journal, Electronic Markets, Business & Information Systems Engineering, International Journal of Innovation Management, and International Journal of Entrepreneurship Venturing. 

Mahei Li (mahei.li@uni-kassel.de) is a postdoctoral research group lead at the Research Center for Information Systems Design, University of Kassel, Germany and associated researcher at the Institute of Information Management (IWI-HSG) at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. His research focuses on service system design and implementation, service system modeling, hypergraph structures and designing intelligent work augmentation systems. His work has been recognized with awards by various institutions (ISSIP, INFORMS CSS, ECIS, ICIS, HICCS, WI) and was published in various leading Information systems outlets.
