The app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us in order to provide our Service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone andyour access to the app securely. We therefore recommend that you not jailbreak or root your phone, i.e. remove the software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. This could make your phone vulnerable to alware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise the security features of your phone and it could mean the app from working properly or at all.
The app uses third-party services, which are subject to their Terms.

You should be aware that there are certain things for which you'll LIVE VIDEO LIMITED won't take responsibility. Certain functions of the app require an active internet connection. The connection can be provided via Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile service provider, but LIVE VIDEO LIMITED however, cannot accept responsibility for the app not being fully functional not be fully functional if you don't have access to Wi-Fi and have no you run out of data volume.
If you use the app outside an area with Wi-Fi, remember that the terms of the contract with your mobile operator apply. As a result, you may incur the following costs: Costs for data transmission by your mobile operator for the duration of the connection, costs for access to the App by third parties for the duration of the connection, or other costs. By using the App, you accept responsibility for such charges, including roaming charges if you use the App outside of your home area (i.e., your region or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you use the App, we will assume that you are the bill payer for the device on which you use the App, we will assume that you have obtained the bill payer's permission to use the App.

LIVE VIDEO LIMITED will not be liable for any loss, direct or indirect, incurred by you as a result ofyour relying entirely on this functionality of the App.
At some point we will want to update the app. The app is currently available on - the requirements for the system (and for additional systems to which we extend the availability of the App) are subject to change, and you will need to download the updates, if you wish to continue to use the App. LIVE VIDEO LIMITED does not promise that it will that the App will always be updated to be relevant to you and/or works with the version that you have installed on your device. However, they do promise that you will always accept updates to the App when they are offered to you, we may also discontinue making the App available to you and may terminate your use of it stop using it at any time without notifying you. Unless we notify you otherwise, upon termination (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will terminate; (b) you must stop using the App and delete it (if necessary) from your Device delete it from your Device.
Paid Services
(a) General. Our App provides several paid services. First, you may purchase virtual currency (" Coins ") for use with the Services for amounts described on the APP. You may also obtain Coins or other virtual items from time to time by performing certain actions (e.g., downloading third-party apps). Coins and such other virtual items are collectively referred to as "Virtual Goods." Second, you may purchase subscriber-level access that unlocks premium features and enhancements to the Services (a "Subscription") for amounts described on the APP. (We may add the second paid service later when we deem the time is appropriate.) The App does not take or process payments or credit card information directly. You may purchase Paid Services through an app store such as a Google Play account and/or an Apple iTunes account (a "Third Party Account"). If you purchase any Services that we offer for a fee (the " Subscription Fees "), including but not limited to Virtual Goods, Coins and/or a subscription to the Services (collectively, the " Paid Services "), you authorize Our App to collect currently unique iTunes transaction IDs and receipt data. If you purchase Paid Services through the Third Party Account, the subscription fees for such Paid Services will be billed through your Third Party Account. Please note The App does not control the terms and conditions for Third Party Accounts, so you should review them carefully. You also agree to pay the subscription fees for the Paid Services (including, without limitation, recurring fees as described on the APP when they become due, plus any related taxes). All payments made to the App for use of and access to the Services, including but not limited to subscription fees for the Paid Services, are final and all fees are non-refundable. Please review our Virtual Goods and Currency Terms of Use for additional terms and conditions that apply to the purchase of virtual goods and use of the virtual currency we offer. Generally, our virtual currency may be used to purchase certain features or virtual goods in connection with the Services. Any virtual currency you receive from us as a promotion is subject to the terms of our Virtual Goods and Currency Terms of Use. We reserve the right to increase or change the amounts set forth in the Services for any paid services at any time. We also reserve the right to impose new fees for access to portions of the Services or the Services as a whole at any time by notifying you by posting such changes on APP.
b) AUTOMATIC RENEWAL OFSUBSCRIPTIONS. When you pay for a subscription through a Third Party Account and you do not cancel your subscription prior to the end of the subscription term, your subscription for the Services will continue indefinitely until cancelled by you. After your initial subscription period, and again after any subsequent subscription period, your subscription will automatically continue for an additional equivalent period, at the price you agreed to when subscribing. You agree that your The App Account will be subject to this automatic renewal feature. You acknowledge and agree that yourThird Party Account will be automatically charged for such subscription fees,plus any applicable taxes, upon each such automatic renewal. You acknowledge that your subscription is subject to automatic renewals and you consent to and accept responsibility for all recurring charges through a Third Party Account based on this automatic renewal feature without further authorization from you and without further notice except as required by law.
(c) CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTIONS. If you purchase a Subscription through a Third Party Provider account, you must cancel your Subscription through that Third Party Provider, an App Shop, not The App, and in accordance with that Third Party Provider's terms and conditions. Cancellations will be effective for the following billing cycle in which payment is due. If you cancel your Subscription, your Subscription benefits will continue until the end of your current Subscription term, but your Subscription will not be renewed at the end of that term. You will not be entitled to a pro-rata refund of any subscription fees paid for the current subscription term.
Free Trials And Promotions
From time to time, we may offer free trials or other promotions (a "Promotion"). For example, we may offer promotions that provide a free subscription to the Services for a specified period of time. You must cancel your subscription (in accordance with the Paid Services section) prior to the end of the Promotional Period to avoid being automatically charged subscription fees. Another example: We may provide our virtual currency to you free of charge. Any such virtual currency will be subject to the terms of our Virtual Goods and Currencies Terms of Use. Additional terms applicable to specific promotions may be provided on The App.
Privacy
The App takes the protection of your personal information seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how The App collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information from it's users. You understand and agree that if you post any user Content, informationor material of a personal or private nature in your profile or in any privateor public areas of the services or post or provide to The App any information or content which is intended to be shared with other users, such content,information and materials will be shared with others accordingly, and you here by consent to such sharing. You understand that by using the services you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy .
Changes to This Terms and Conditions
We may update our terms and conditions updated from time to time. We therefore recommend that you check this page regularly for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms and conditions Terms and Conditions on this page.
