These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute an agreement between Lovra ("Lovra", "we", "our", or "us") and you ("User", "you", or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions governing your use of the Lovra mobile application and any related products or services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading or using Lovra, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the app.

1. Purpose of the App & Disclaimer

Lovra is designed for informational and educational purposes only.
The app uses AI-based image analysis to help users interpret pregnancy test results based on test images provided by the user.
Lovra is not a medical or diagnostic tool, and it does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any health concerns or pregnancy-related questions.
We disclaim any liability for actions taken based on AI-generated results.

2. Eligibility

By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age or have obtained parental consent to use Lovra. The app is not intended for children under 4 years old.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Lovra or its content:
(a) for any unlawful purpose;
(b) to solicit others to engage in unlawful acts;
(c) to violate any international, national, or local laws or regulations;
(d) to infringe upon intellectual property rights;
(e) to harass, harm, or discriminate against others;
(f) to submit false or misleading data or medical information;
(g) to upload or transmit viruses, worms, or malicious code;
(h) to collect personal data of others without consent;
(i) to spam, scrape, or interfere with our systems;
(j) for any obscene, harmful, or immoral purpose;
(k) to bypass or disable app security mechanisms.

Violation of these conditions may result in termination of your access to the Service.

4. Subscription Fees, Payment Terms & Refund Policy

Lovra offers optional Premium Services that enhance your experience (such as unlimited scans or advanced AI analysis).

Subscription Pricing:

• $29.99 Annual

Payment & Renewal:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
  
  

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  
  

• Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the subscription period ends.
  
  

Cancellation:

• No cancellation of the current period is allowed during an active subscription.
  
  

• You may manage or cancel your subscription via Apple Account Settings at any time.
  
  

Pricing Changes:
Lovra reserves the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Updated pricing will be displayed on the App Store listing.

Refund Policy:
Since the Service is delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be revoked remotely, no refunds will be issued after purchase.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality in Lovra — including text, graphics, logos, AI algorithms, and design — are owned by Juyana Islam or licensed third parties.
Your use of the app grants no ownership or license rights.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the app without prior written consent.

6. Copyright Complaints

If you believe that any content in Lovra infringes your copyright, please contact us with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work.
  
  

• Your name, address, and email.
  
  

• A good faith statement that the use is unauthorized.
  
  

• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  
  

• Your physical or electronic signature.
  
  

We will promptly review and act upon valid requests.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of Lovra is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and process your data.
By using Lovra, you agree to both this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lovra, its developers, affiliates, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including but not limited to health misinterpretations, loss of data, or personal decisions made based on AI results.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the greater of one dollar (USD $1) or the amount you paid to Lovra in the 30 days preceding the claim.

You agree that your use of Lovra is entirely at your own risk.

9. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bangladesh.
You waive any right to a jury trial. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.

10. Changes & Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Any changes will take effect upon posting within the app, and the “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent revision.
Continued use of Lovra after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited behavior.
You may not re-register if your account is terminated for policy violations.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By using Lovra, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
