Welcome to Minimate (“App”), operated by Kyriakos Alexander Giannarakis (“we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using Minimate, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Minimate is intended for users aged 13 years or older.
By using the App, you confirm that:
you are at least 13 years old;
you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
all information you provide is accurate.
Minimate is an AI-powered pantry management application that allows users to:
scan pantry items and receipts;
digitise and organise food inventories;
receive curated recipe recommendations;
track food expiry reminders;
access pantry insights and cooking assistance features.
Some features rely on artificial intelligence and automated systems to generate recommendations, extract product information, and provide pantry insights.
To use Minimate, users may be required to create an account.
You are responsible for:
maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
all activity occurring under your account;
ensuring uploaded content complies with applicable laws.
You may not:
impersonate another person;
use Minimate for unlawful purposes;
interfere with the operation or security of the App.
Minimate offers the following auto-renewing subscription plans:
Monthly Price: AUD $3/month
3 recipes generated per day
3 receipt scans per week
5 food scans per week
5 meal logs per week
1 device connection
Monthly Price: AUD $5/month
5 recipes generated per day
5 receipt scans per week
10 food scans per week
10 meal logs per week
Ask Away feature: 1 prompt per day
Up to 5 connected devices
Voice cooking assistant
Monthly Price: AUD $14/month
15 recipes generated per day
15 receipt scans per week
15 food scans per week
25 meal logs per week
Ask Away feature: 5 prompts per day
Up to 10 connected devices

Smart pantry insights
Minimate may offer a 7-day free trial.
During the free trial, users may access onboarding features including:
pantry digitisation;
pantry scans;
recipe generation;
receipt scanning;
Ask Away prompts.
At the end of the free trial:
subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through Apple;
users who do not subscribe may have limited functionality;
pantry items may become manually editable only;
certain premium features may become unavailable.
All subscriptions are:
processed through Apple App Store billing;
auto-renewing unless cancelled;
subject to Apple’s payment terms and policies.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
All billing and payment processing is handled by Apple.
Refunds are generally not provided except:
where required under Australian Consumer Law;
at our sole discretion in the form of app credits or feature compensation for technical issues.
Minimate uses artificial intelligence to:
analyse pantry items;
identify products;
generate recipes;
provide pantry insights and recommendations.
AI-generated outputs:
may contain inaccuracies;
are provided for informational purposes only;
should not be relied upon as professional dietary, nutritional, medical, or health advice.
Users are responsible for verifying:
allergens;
ingredients;
expiry dates;
cooking safety;
nutritional suitability.
Minimate does not provide:
medical advice;
nutritional counselling;
dietary treatment recommendations.
Always consult a qualified professional regarding:
allergies;
medical conditions;
dietary restrictions;
health concerns.
Users may upload:
food images;
receipts;
pantry information;
meal logs.
You retain ownership of your content.
By uploading content, you grant Minimate a non-exclusive licence to:
store;
process;
analyse;
display content solely for operating and improving the App.
You must not upload:
unlawful material;
offensive content;
content infringing third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
violate these Terms;
misuse the App;
engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour;
attempt to exploit subscription systems or AI services.
We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access at our discretion.
Your use of Minimate is also governed by our Privacy Policy:
All Minimate content, branding, software, graphics, and AI systems are owned by or licensed to us and protected under intellectual property laws.
You may not:
copy;
reverse engineer;
redistribute;
commercially exploit the App without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Minimate is provided “as is”;
we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation;
we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of Minimate after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
