Welcome to LoveWeb. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information LoveWeb uses, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.
1. Information you provide
When you create a LoveWeb card, you may enter information such as your name, the recipient’s name, a personal message, event details, and photos you choose from your device.
This information is used only to create, preview, publish, and share the card you requested. Please only add information and photos that you have permission to use.
2. Google sign-in and your profile
You can browse and create card previews as a guest. Google sign-in is required when you publish a hosted card, purchase hosting credits, or keep published-card information connected to your account.
When you sign in, LoveWeb receives basic account information provided by Google, such as your name, email address, profile picture, and a unique account identifier. LoveWeb does not receive your Google password.
3. Published cards and hosting
When you publish a card, LoveWeb stores the card and related details using Firebase services. These details may include:
• Card type and selected design
• Sender and recipient names
• Your message, event details, and selected photos
• Publishing date and expiration date
• The secure sharing link
• Hosting-credit usage
• Responses or reactions sent through the card
Published card contents are encrypted before they are uploaded. The information needed to open the card is included in the private sharing link. Anyone who receives that complete link may be able to open the card, so you should share it only with people you trust.
A published card can remain available for up to 90 days. After it expires, the link stops working. Expired card information may be removed automatically as part of our regular cleanup process.
4. Recipient responses
Some cards allow recipients to send a reaction, reply, or meaningful card interaction. These responses are stored so the card creator can view them in the My Published Cards section.
LoveWeb does not intend to record ordinary navigation actions such as closing, going back, or moving to the next screen.
5. Photos and device access
LoveWeb may ask for access to photos so you can select images for a card. The app only accesses images you choose. Selected images may remain on your device for previews and may be included in an encrypted hosted card when you publish it.
LoveWeb does not access your contacts, call history, text messages, microphone, or precise location.
6. Advertising and privacy choices
The free version of LoveWeb displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, including banner, interstitial, native, and rewarded ads.
Google and its partners may process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location based on network information, ad interactions, and diagnostic data. Where required, LoveWeb presents privacy choices before requesting personalized advertising.
You can review available advertising privacy choices from the app’s Settings screen. Google’s own privacy policy explains how Google handles information used for advertising.
7. Hosting credits and Google Play purchases
LoveWeb offers optional one-time hosting-credit packs through Google Play. Google Play processes the payment and provides LoveWeb with purchase information needed to confirm the purchase and add the correct credits.
LoveWeb does not receive or store your full payment-card details. Purchased credits remain connected to the signed-in account until they are used. One credit publishes one personalized card; sharing the same published link with multiple people does not use additional credits.
8. Notifications
If you allow notifications, LoveWeb may notify you about responses to your published cards. A device notification token may be stored to deliver these alerts. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
9. Service providers
LoveWeb uses services provided by Google, including:
• Firebase Authentication for Google sign-in
• Firebase Firestore and Cloud Storage for account, card, usage, and response information
• Firebase Cloud Functions and Hosting for publishing and opening cards
• Firebase Cloud Messaging for response notifications
• Google AdMob for advertising
• Google Play Billing for hosting-credit purchases
These providers process information under their own privacy policies and security practices.
10. How information is used
LoveWeb uses information only to:
• Create, preview, publish, and deliver cards
• Keep cards, usage, and credits connected to the correct account
• Display recipient responses to the card creator
• Process and verify purchases
• Show advertisements and respect privacy choices
• Deliver notifications you have allowed
• Prevent abuse, protect the service, and fix problems
LoveWeb does not sell your personal information.
11. Storage and retention
Information is kept only for as long as needed to provide LoveWeb’s features, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain purchase records.
Published cards are designed to expire within the period selected by the creator, up to 90 days. Some account, purchase, usage, and security records may need to be retained for longer.
12. Security
LoveWeb uses reasonable safeguards to protect information. Hosted card contents are encrypted before upload, and access to account information is restricted.
No online service can guarantee complete security. Keep your card links private and avoid including highly sensitive information in a card.
13. Your choices and requests
You can:
• Use the app as a guest before publishing
• Choose which photos and information to add
• Choose a card expiration date
• Control notification permissions
• Review available advertising privacy choices
• Sign out from your LoveWeb profile
• Ask for help, correction, or deletion of information connected to your account
To request deletion or ask a privacy question, email support@mitforge.com from the email address connected to your LoveWeb account. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.
14. Children’s privacy
LoveWeb is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children below the minimum age required to consent to online services in their country. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information should contact us.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when LoveWeb’s features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version and update date will be shown on this page.
