Payments:

• Total cost of service is due at the time of booking.

• Payments that "bounce" at the time of deposit are subject to a $50 fee.

• Cancellations more than 3 months away from the wedding date are entitled to a full refund.

• Cancellations that are more than a month away but less than 3 months from the wedding will be refunded 50% of the total cost.

• Cancellations less than a month away from the wedding date are NOT REFUNDABLE and are subject to a cancellation fee of $100.

Contract:

• A contract will be developed once in agreement with fees and policies and will need to be signed by the booking party.

• The cost of the service will be due with the contract.

Communication:

• The client is responsible of letting me know of any changes and any events that the officiant needs to be present at (ex. rehearsals).

• The client is responsible for updating contact information.

• The client is responsible to answer all communication in a reasonably timely manner.
