This Privacy Policy explains how Love Scale (“App”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data. By creating an account and using the App, you agree to this policy.
When you use Love Scale, we may collect the following categories of data:
Account information (required): Email address, password, nickname.
Personal details (optional): Gender, sexual orientation, zodiac sign, birth date & time, birth city/country, nationality, relationship status, job/profession, height, age, income, city, religion.
Uploaded photos (optional): Profile photos, compatibility photos, or other images you choose to provide.
Device data (automatic): Operating system, device model, IP address, language settings, usage statistics, crash logs.
Advertising & analytics data (automatic): Ad impressions/clicks from Google AdMob, usage data from Firebase Analytics.
We clearly distinguish between data that is required to create an account and data that is optional for enhanced analyses.
We process your data to:
Provide compatibility analyses (compatibility test, astrology/synastry chart, palm analysis).
Improve app features and user experience.
Monitor performance and fix errors.
Display, personalize, and measure ads.
Comply with legal obligations.
Your data may be processed by trusted third parties:
AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) – inputs are processed temporarily to generate results.
Advertising & analytics services – Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics.
Cloud hosting services – Firebase/Firestore.
Authorities – if required by law.
We do not sell or trade personal data to any third parties.
Uploaded photos are completely optional and are used only for the purpose of generating compatibility results within the app interface.
We do not perform any facial recognition, biometric analysis, or automated identification on these images.
Photos are stored securely in Firebase Storage, linked only to the user’s account, for display within the user interface (UI).
These images are never shared with third parties and are automatically deleted when the user removes their results or deletes their account.
The App is intended for users aged 18 and above.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
We retain your data only for as long as needed to provide the service.
After account deletion, all data including uploaded photos is permanently erased within 30 days.
As a user, you have the right to:
Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
Restrict or object to processing.
Withdraw consent at any time.
Request data portability.
You can exercise these rights directly in the app or by contacting us.
You can delete your account at any time:
In the App: Go to Profile → Delete My Account.
Once deleted, all personal data and uploaded photos are permanently removed within 30 days.
If you cannot delete your account in-app, email us at love.scaleapp@gmail.com with the subject line:
“Account Deletion Request – Love Scale.”
Love Scale uses Google AdMob to display ads.
You can manage ad preferences from your device or Google Ad Settings.
