Privacy Policy

ABC Cute Tutor does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information about you or your child.

The app has no internet permission. It cannot send data anywhere, because it is not allowed to open a network connection at all. Every letter, number, picture, rhyme, story, video, and sound is bundled inside the app and runs entirely on your device.

The only settings the app keeps — your child's nickname, the chosen profile picture, game progress, and whether Premium is active — are stored in a private area on your own phone or tablet and never leave it.

Information we do NOT collect

We do not collect, request, or receive any of the following:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or postal addresses

• Accounts, logins, or passwords — the app has no sign-up or sign-in

• Photos, files, contacts, calendar, or SMS

• Camera or microphone input — the app never asks for either permission

• Location or GPS data

• Advertising identifiers, device identifiers, or IP addresses

• Browsing history, usage analytics, crash telemetry, or behavioural profiles

The app requests exactly one Android permission: com.android.vending.BILLING, which is required only so the Google Play Store can process a subscription purchase. There is no INTERNET, CAMERA, RECORD_AUDIO, ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, or storage permission in the app.

Information stored on your device only

The app saves a small set of preferences in Android's private app storage (SharedPreferences), readable only by ABC Cute Tutor:

• Child's nickname (defaults to "Baby") : So the mascot can greet your child by name

• Chosen profile picture (a number identifying a built-in cartoon avatar) : Personalises the home and settings screens

• Whether onboarding has been completed : So the tutorial is not shown on every launch

• Whether the Terms & Privacy were accepted : So the acceptance screen appears only once

• Premium status, renewal expiry, last verification time : So paid content unlocks without re-checking on every screen

• Game progress for the Solar System game (saved score, stars, time, best score) : So a game can be resumed and a high score kept

This information:

• Is never uploaded, backed up to our servers, or shared with anyone — we operate no servers

• Contains no real-world identity data unless a parent voluntarily types a real name into the nickname field (a nickname or first name is recommended)

• Is deleted completely when you uninstall the app, or immediately if you use Android's Settings → Apps → ABC Cute Tutor → Storage → Clear data

• Can be changed at any time from the in-app Settings screen

The app also writes short generated sound-effect files into its own temporary cache folder. These are audio tones only — they contain no information about you — and Android clears them with the app's cache.

Purchases and Google Play
ABC Cute Tutor offers an optional Yearly Premium subscription. Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see, receive, or store your card number, billing address, or Google account details.

The app asks Google Play whether a valid subscription exists and stores only a yes/no answer plus the renewal date on your device. Payment processing and any data collected in the course of it are governed by Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and the Google Play Terms of Service.

You can view, manage, or cancel the subscription at any time through Google Play → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its own refund policy.

The app can open two Google Play web links in your browser or Play Store app — the subscription management page and the app's own store listing (used by the "Rate us" option). Opening those pages is subject to Google's privacy practices, not ours.

Text-to-Speech

The app speaks letters, words, and instructions aloud using your device's built-in Text-to-Speech engine (for example, Google Speech Services). The app sends the text to be spoken to that engine on-device.

Nothing is recorded, and the app never listens — the microphone is not used and the permission is not requested. If your device's TTS engine is configured by its own vendor to use a network voice, that processing is governed by the engine vendor's privacy policy, not ours.

Children's privacy

ABC Cute Tutor is designed for young children and is intended to be used with parental supervision. It is built to comply with:

• The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States

• The GDPR and its child-specific provisions (GDPR-K) in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom

• The Google Play Families Policy and Designed for Families requirements

Because the app collects no personal data and has no network access, we do not — and technically cannot — knowingly collect information from a child of any age. There is no user-generated content, no chat, no social features, and no way for a child to contact or be contacted by anyone through the app.

If you believe a child has somehow provided personal information to us, please email help.lovelyaz@gmail.com and we will investigate and delete anything found immediately.

Advertising and third-party SDKs

ABC Cute Tutor contains:

• No advertisements of any kind

• No analytics or attribution SDKs

• No social media plugins or share buttons

• No third-party trackers

The only third-party components in the app are the Google Play Billing Library (for subscriptions) and standard Google AndroidX interface libraries, which do not collect personal data on our behalf.

Data sharing and selling

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share personal data — with anyone, for any purpose, ever. We hold no such data to share.

Data security

Because no personal data is transmitted or held on any server we operate, there is no central store of user data that could be breached. On-device preferences are protected by Android's standard app sandbox, which prevents other apps from reading them.

Your rights

Even though we hold no data about you, you retain full control of everything stored locally:

• Access and correction : view and edit the nickname and profile picture in the app's Settings screen

• Erasure : clear the app's data, or uninstall the app, to remove everything permanently

• Withdrawing consent : stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it

Users in the EEA, UK, California, and other regions with data-protection laws have rights of access, correction, deletion, and portability. Since we process no personal data, there is nothing for us to retrieve, correct, or delete on your behalf — but you may still contact us with any request or question.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change how the app handles data, we will update this policy, change the "Last updated" date above, and show the revised policy inside the app before the change takes effect. Continued use after that point means you accept the updated policy.
