Mr. Ganendran completed his teaching qualification (PGCE, Mathematics) in 2010 and since then has achieved a glowing record of success, guiding hundreds of students to the highest grade (A*/Level 9) at GCSE and A-Level. His experience includes teaching at Tiffin School, Surrey for over a decade in arguably one of the best Mathematics departments in the country (TES Awards nominee).

In formal lesson observations conducted by senior school leaders, Mr. Ganendran has consistently been graded as an "outstanding" teacher over many years. He has mentored trainee teachers, and his role as Head of Year 7 at Tiffin School has given him significant experience in dealing with child safety and protection.
Mr. Ganendran has experience teaching SEND students including meeting the needs of learners with severe learning difficulties (SLD) and profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) during his time teaching in the Horizons Unit at the Berkshire College of Agriculture.
