Disc Golf Goodness at Duck's Flying Discs
Grades 3-12
Students - if you love golf, you’ll love disc golf. Disc golf, sometimes called frisbee golf is a sport that is in many ways nearly identical to golf. However, instead of hitting a ball with a club toward a hole on a grass course, you throw a plastic disc through the air toward a metal basket target. Courses usually have nine or 18 holes with trees as obstacles and each one comes with a new challenge.
In this session, we'll visit Ducks Flying Discs to learn more about the game and the different kinds of flying discs used in disc golf.
