Love & Joy
The most important for us is that you enjoy your time in Khao Yai. In your temporary home Love & Joy, but also around.

Please inform us about your planned arrival and departure, so our host can be there for you.
Staying
The price includes, 12 bottles of water, coffee and tea. If you need anything we have a very service minded host living very close by. If communication in Thai is a problem, we can always assist. Everything to give you a splendid relaxing time.
If you keep the doors closed, there will be less bugs in the house. In general just enjoy the house as if it is your own, please treat it with the love that we put in decorating the place.
House Rules:
No smoking inside the house. Of course you can smoke outside, please use an ashtray.
Enjoy your time but respect the neighbors by keeping noise levels down, especially during quiet hours after 11.00pm
The house is suitable for 6 guests, an extra person is no problem. We add a little bit to the price because we don't advice more then 6 guests (599 THB). We hope our guests fit the house and have an optimal experience about the beauty of the place.
Pets are not allowed in our house.
Please ask us or our host if you have any questions about how to use any appliances or electronics.

You can park your car outside our gate in front of the house, please do not drive your car inside the gate.
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay, if we need to repair or replace items or parts of the house or appliances we will charge the guest for the costs and our time.
Please enjoy your stay but also respect our house, treat it as if it was your own.
