Four people sharing one RV at The Love Burn 2027 pay $2,294.80 to the event before a single night of rent, if the RV measures 25 to 39 feet. That is four tickets at the event's estimated $499.95 each plus a $295 RV pass, with the pass's own tax and fees still to come, as theloveburn.com/ticketquestions listed them on October 14, 2026. This page builds the weekend from figures with a source and a date, shows where the total moves, and marks what no page prices yet.
The event runs Thursday, February 11 to Monday, February 15, 2027. Thursday entry to Monday exodus is four nights. Every event figure below is from theloveburn.com/ticketquestions, read October 14, 2026.
Four adult tickets: $1,999.80. Each ticket is $426.00, plus $41.24 in city surcharges, ticketing and card fees, plus an estimated $32.71 in sales tax. The event puts the estimated total at $499.95 per ticket.
One RV pass, 25 to 39 ft: $295, plus tax and fees. The pass is charged per vehicle, not per person. The event does not state the tax and fee amount on the pass.
Event subtotal: $2,294.80, plus the pass's tax and fees. That is $573.70 per person.
The rental itself: enter it yourself. Love Burn Rentals publishes no nightly rate, because the rate a marketplace shows today is not what a February event booking costs. The trip cost calculator at loveburnrentals.com/trip-cost takes the rate the booking page quotes for your dates and adds it to the event costs.
The security deposit: a hold, typically $600. Of 48 listings the site checked on September 4, 2026, every one required a deposit, from $500 to $2,500, with a median of $600. Source: loveburnrentals.com/rentals/rv-deals, read October 14, 2026.
So before rent, the group needs $2,294.80 paid to the event and about $600 of room on one card at pickup: $2,894.80 in total, with the pass's tax and fees on top. The hold comes back after the trip. The event money does not.
The pass is priced by the RV's length, in the event's words: under 24 feet $195, 25 to 39 feet $295, longer than 40 feet $395, each plus tax and fees.
Under 24 ft: event subtotal $2,194.80, or $548.70 per person.
25 to 39 ft: $2,294.80, or $573.70 per person.
Longer than 40 ft: $2,394.80, or $598.70 per person.
The event's wording places neither exactly 24 ft nor exactly 40 ft. In the October 1, 2026 read of 207 Outdoorsy listings within 50 miles of Virginia Key, 12 listed exactly 24 ft and 8 listed exactly 40 ft. If yours is one of them, ask tickets@theloveburn.com which pass applies before you budget it.
A car pass is $150 plus fees, and it is parking only: sleeping in any vehicle needs the RV pass. If one of the four drives a car as well, the event subtotal becomes $2,444.80 before fees, and the per-person share rises to $611.20.
In the October 1, 2026 read, 136 of the 207 listings offered host delivery. Each host sets the fee and the area on the listing, and the read does not record the amounts, so there is no market figure to quote. Delivery onto Virginia Key itself is a vendor drop-off that Love Burn Ops must pre-approve. Source: loveburnrentals.com/virginia-key-rv-rental, read October 14, 2026. Get the fee and the drop point in writing before you book.
Some owners charge extra for event use. In the October 1, 2026 read, 4 owners allowed festival use only with approval or an extra charge, and 3 stated a fee or deposit for event use in their rules. None of the amounts is published. Ask for the figure before you pay.
Of the 48 listings the site checked on September 4, 2026, 33 advertised a weekly discount, at a median of 10 percent. A weekly discount needs seven nights, and the event is four. Source: loveburnrentals.com/rentals/rv-deals, read October 14, 2026. The bracket is the bigger lever.
There are no refunds on tickets or car passes, and no tickets sold at the gate. A ticket can be transferred on the event's ticket site, but the person transferring it gets back the ticket price only, not the tax or fees. On a $499.95 ticket that is $426.00 back and $73.95 lost.
The RV and its pass cost the same with three people as with four. If one person drops out, the $295 pass splits three ways at $98.33 each instead of four ways at $73.75, and every share of the rent and the deposit goes up by a third. Agree before you book who carries a dropout's share.
The tax and fees on the RV pass. The event lists the pass prices "plus tax and fees" and gives no amount.
Final-round tickets. The OMG round opens Wednesday, January 6, 2027, and the event expects it to be "slightly higher" than the general round. No figure is given.
Pumpouts. Ordered at theloveburn.com/pumpouts after site numbers come out, around December. The 2027 page now lists $85 plus a $4.52 fee, $89.52 per pumpout, before card processing and tax (read October 15, 2026). The totals above leave pumpouts out. Source: loveburnrentals.com/logistics/rv-pumpouts, read October 15, 2026.
Ice. It is the only thing sold on site. The event gives no price.
Children's tickets. Priced between $50 and $200 by age and application date, registered at theloveburn.com/children.
Fuel, food, water and a protection plan. These depend on the RV, the route and what you add at checkout on Outdoorsy.
Settle the party size and who drives what, because the pass is per vehicle.
Pick the bracket, then the RV, and get the measured length from the owner.
Get the rate, the deposit, any event charge and any delivery fee in writing.
Put the rate into loveburnrentals.com/trip-cost and split the total.
Event prices were read on theloveburn.com on October 14, 2026, and the event says they can change. Check theloveburn.com/ticketquestions before you pay.
