You must be aged 17 or over
Hold a valid UK provisional driving licence
Be legally entitled to drive in the UK
Lessons
It is your responsibility to arrive fit to drive. You should not be under the influence of any alcohol or drugs. If you are on any prescribed medication please seek medical advice as to whether it is safe to drive while taking them
If you require glasses to read a car registration plate from 20 metres, these must be worn to every lesson, it is your responsibility to ensure your eyesight is up to standard.
Suitable flat footwear should be worn at all times, I do not accept flip flops, sandals, croc-style shoes or bare feet
Lessons must be paid 48 hours in advance either by bank transfer or cash before the start of each lesson
If you wish to cancel a lesson, a minimum of 48 hours prior notice should be given
Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged in full
Cancellation requests cannot be actioned outside of office hours (8am - 8pm)
If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your agreed start time your lesson will be cancelled and charged in full
In case of non-serious attitude, learner will face dropout situation without refund
Test Bookings
You are required to book your own driving test at a driving test centre previously discussed with your instructor
You are required to check instructor is available for your chosen test date
Tests will only go ahead after successful completion of 3 mock tests
Use of your personal data
Any personal information will be collected directly from you
Data will be used to carry out licence checks and to keep records of our communications
You can withdraw this at any time
Withdrawal of consent will cease lessons
