About

I help people on their ongoing journey to themselves.

I offer you space and time to empower you on your important adventure - the one you take to find and care for yourself.

You deserve to be seen, heard, and witnessed on your path.

Dive into yourself

and in your soul you will discover

the stairs by which to ascend.

Saint Isaac of Nineveh

A companion for your travels

I will help you map out your journey and together we will point out the views along the way.

Goals will not be destination oriented, but rather journey appreciation and discovery awareness. We walk together on a path neither one of us has explored, we walk at the pace you are willing.

During our time together, my goal is to help you feel opened up, aware, and special.

You will learn about who you are, how you are, what you are, why you are, and where you are.

Ready to embark on your journey?

I felt in need of a great pilgrimage, so I sat still for three days…

The story behind my logo...

My logo may seem simple, but it is a significant symbol of my personal journey. Throughout my life, I have learned more about what I love and makes me who I am. This includes my 1982 Bronco, Larry (pictured in the image above). For over 20 years he has been a constant in my unique quest to continually discover who I am and how to best care for that need. He has been there, taking me one place at a time, both physically and emotionally.
